Document Overview/Purpose:
Ill show you how to use the IntuneWinApp Utility so that you will be able to convert files into .intunewin.
.Intunewin is the only file that Intune will accept when creating custom MS32 apps.
Prerequisites: In order to use this tool you will need to first configure it. Click here for the KB.

Process and Procedures:
Guidelines:
- A step-by-step guide to full completion (Should be able to be performed by {anything! We dont discriminate!})
- Include screenshots, diagrams, and other visual aids as necessary to help understand the process
- Consider adding warnings, notes, and tips throughout the process to help avoid common pitfalls
1. Open your folder where the IntuneWinAppUtil.exe is located.
2. Double-click the "IntuneWinAppUtil.exe"
3. Move the app you would like to convert to the "Source" file in your IntuneWinApp folder.
4. Double-click on the "Source" folder
5. Copy the path of the "Source" folder by highlighting it and then right-clicking, then selecting "copy"
6. Navigate back to your IntuneWinApp Utility window
7. Click inside the window and hold the "CTRL" key down, then tap the "V" key. This will paste the path into the utility.
8. Click enter
9. It will ask you for a setup file. Go to your source folder and hold down the "SHIFT" key and then right-click the file you want to convert.
10. Select "copy as path"
11. Go to your Utility and click inside the window. Hold down the "CTRL" key and then tap the "V" key.
12. Tap the "Enter" key

13. Navigate back to your IntuneWinApp folder by clicking on that segment of the path.
14. Double-click on the "Output" folder.
15. Copy the path just like we did for the "Source" folder in step 5.
16. Navigate back to your Utility window and click inside the window to select it.
17. Hold down the "CTRL" key and then tap the "V" key.
18. Tap "Enter"
19. Tap the "N" key, then tap the "Enter" key
20. Wait for it to finish.
21. Profit!
Verification of Success:
Navigate to the "Output" sub-folder in your "IntuneWinApp" utility folder. The application you converted should be there.
